YPM as implementing agency collaborates with MARA-Japan Industrial Institute Beranang (MJII-Beranang) to conduct a 3 year diploma program namely Diploma in Electrical & Electronic Engineering and Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. Upon successful completion of the program in Malaysia, the students are eligible to continue their studies in selected Japanese Universities directly into the third year bachelor’s engineering degree programs.
The curriculum/syllabus uses the HELP III fundamental, a 3+2 undergraduate twinning program with the diploma in engineering is certified by Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA) of Malaysia for a three (3) years Engineering Diploma Program in Malaysia.
